BOOSTED MISFITS

Fork seals, rebuilds, and suspension work.

Leaking fork seals and worn suspension components affect handling, braking, and safety. We rebuild forks, replace seals, swap rear shocks, and service steering head bearings for sport bikes and cruisers.

Signs You Need Fork Service

Oil streaks on the fork tubes

Classic blown seal — oil leaks out and contaminates the front brake.

Soft or bouncy front end

Degraded fork oil loses viscosity and can't control dive under braking.

Notchy or stiff steering

Worn steering head bearings create a detent in the center — dangerous at speed.

Bottoming out or excessive squat

A blown rear shock causes harsh bottoming and reduced cornering stability.

Suspension services we offer.

01

Fork Seal Replacement

Leaking fork seals leave oil on your front brake and degrade suspension feel. We pull the forks, replace both seals and dust wipers, refill with fresh fork oil, and reinstall.

02

Fork Rebuild

A full fork rebuild goes deeper — we replace seals, clean the internals, inspect the tubes for damage, and refill with fresh oil to factory or preferred spec.

03

Steering Head Bearings

Notchy steering and a clunking front end are classic signs of worn steering head bearings. We remove the triple clamp, replace the bearings, and reset preload.

04

Rear Shock Replacement

A blown rear shock kills cornering confidence and rider comfort. We swap in a new unit — stock or aftermarket — and set sag to your weight.
