We look rather than guess, and we confirm what's going on before any repair work. Some checks may suit mobile service; others need the shop, so we sort that out with you.

When a diagnostic is worth booking.
It's worth booking a diagnostic when something isn't right and the cause isn't obvious. We won't tell you a bike is safe to ride from a description — that takes an in-person look.
Two ways to get it done.
Some initial checks — a no-start look-over or a basic electrical check — may suit mobile service. Extended testing, disassembly, required equipment, or an intermittent fault can mean the bike needs to come to the shop by appointment. We confirm which after intake; there's no guarantee a job is mobile or that a single visit resolves every fault. The shop address is shared once your booking is confirmed.
Have your year, make, and model ready, plus the exact symptom; any warning light or code you already know; when the issue began; any recent repair, battery, accessory, or modification work; and whether the bike starts, runs, and can be moved safely.
Diagnostic inspection from $75.
