BOOSTED MISFITS

Find the problem before spending on the fix.

Not sure what's wrong with your bike? A diagnostic inspection pinpoints the issue so you know exactly what needs to be done — and what it's going to cost — before any work begins.

Diagnostic fee goes toward your repair — if you choose us.

The diagnostic inspection fee covers the time it takes to identify what's wrong with your bike. If you decide to have the repair done here, that fee is credited toward the cost of the work — you don't pay it twice.

If you prefer to take the diagnosis elsewhere or handle the repair yourself, the fee still applies — you'll leave with a clear picture of the problem and what it will take to fix it.

Diagnostic FAQ.

Do I have to get the repair done here to use the diagnostic?
No. You can use the diagnostic to understand what's wrong and then make your own decision about where to get it repaired — or repair it yourself. The fee applies regardless.
What if the diagnostic reveals multiple problems?
We'll walk you through everything found. You decide which repairs to prioritize. The diagnostic fee is credited toward the total repair if you choose to have any of the work done here.
Can I get a diagnostic on a bike I'm thinking about buying?
Yes — a pre-purchase inspection is one of the most common diagnostic requests we get. We go through the whole machine and give you a clear picture of its condition before you commit.
How long does a diagnostic take?
Most diagnostics take 1–3 hours depending on complexity. Multi-system issues or bikes with intermittent problems can take longer. We'll give you an honest estimate upfront.
Is the diagnostic available as a mobile service?
Some diagnostics can be done mobile, particularly for no-start situations or basic electrical checks. Call or text with your situation and we'll tell you whether mobile works or if the bike needs to come in.
