What motorcycles do you service?
We focus on sport bikes and cruisers. If you have something different, text your year, make, and model and we'll let you know whether it's a fit before you plan anything.
Do you offer mobile motorcycle repair?
Yes, for jobs that suit it. Whether a specific job can be done mobile depends on the motorcycle, its condition, the work, access, and your location — so we confirm that with you after intake rather than promising it up front. Some work is better handled at the shop.
Do you also have a shop?
Yes. Shop work is by appointment. The shop address is shared once your booking is confirmed.
Where is the shop located?
We're based in the ChampionsGate and Kissimmee area of Central Florida. For privacy the exact shop address is provided after a booking is confirmed — call or text and we'll sort out the details.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes — shop work is by appointment, and mobile service is scheduled in advance too. There's no walk-in service. Call or text (407) 557-7309 to set up a time.
What information should I send for a quote?
Year, make, and model; the service you want or the exact symptom; whether the bike starts and runs; any parts you already have; and your general area if you're asking about mobile service.
Can I supply my own parts?
For jobs where it applies, customer-supplied or shop-supplied parts are both fine. If you're bringing parts, let us know upfront so we can confirm they're right before scheduling.
Are parts included in the listed prices?
No. The prices on the pricing page are starting labor estimates, and parts aren't included unless stated.
Are the website prices final quotes?
No — they're starting points. The final quote depends on the bike, parts, condition, access, any diagnostics needed, and service location. Text your details for a confirmed number before work begins.
Do you charge a diagnostic fee?
Yes — diagnostic inspections start at $75, covering the time to identify the problem. If you have the repair done with us, that fee is credited toward the repair total. See motorcycle diagnostics for how it works.
Can you diagnose my motorcycle from a text, code, or photo?
Not fully. A description, a code, or a photo helps us point you in the right direction, but it isn't a diagnosis and we can't call a bike safe to ride without looking at it in person. For anything uncertain, a diagnostic inspection is the right next step.
What happens if additional problems are found?
We'll walk you through what we found and confirm with you before doing any work beyond what was already agreed.

ChampionsGate is our primary local area, with Kissimmee, Davenport, and nearby Central Florida as supporting areas. Text your location and we'll confirm what works for mobile service.
